Outdoors report Inshore Winds gusted to 30 knots from the north, northwest and dropped tides two feet or more. Low Water Advisories are in effect for the entire coast. North winds are forecasted through the weekend. Freshwater Guide Simon Cosper reported excellent catches of white bass on Lake Livingston on spoons and jigs. Inshore Brisk northeast winds and temps in the 40s kept most anglers off the water. Tides are below normal, but not at winter lows with the easterly factor. Redfish have been stacked in channels on the falling tide. Freshwater Colder temps have helped crappie anglers on Toledo Bend, Livingston and Sam Rayburn.
