Outdoors report: Jan. 19 Water temperature at Eagle Point was 60 degrees. Tides have risen and mild temperatures the next few days should be conducive to good catches. Water temperatures were in the low 60s. White bass action in the creeks and rivers is improving. Crappie action has been solid over timber on chartreuse Roadrunners and minnows.
