FLOOD UPDATE: Moorhead advises sump pumps should drain outdoors (The Fargo Forum)

MOORHEAD – City officials are encouraging residents to help reduce the impact of spring flooding by directing sump pump discharges to the outside of their homes and not into the sanitary sewer.
